Troblr sends your calorie and macro goals, your recipe library (stripped of unnecessary fields for efficiency), and your meal timing patterns to an AI model. It returns a full weekly plan with serving sizes and reasoning for each selection. If the AI is unavailable, a built-in smart algorithm takes over automatically.
Set your fitness goal (fat loss, muscle gain, or maintenance), your fitness level, available equipment, and how many days per week you want to train. Troblr generates a personalised training plan with exercises, sets, reps, rest periods, and form cues. Four heuristic templates are available as offline fallback.
Troblr uses a three-tier ingredient resolver: it checks your custom ingredients first, then searches a bundled database of ~2,900 generic foods (UK CoFID), then searches OpenFoodFacts (2.8M+ packaged products). Each ingredient is matched using fuzzy search with confidence scoring, then scaled to your recipe quantities and serving size.
Only with your explicit permission. Troblr reads activity (steps, active energy, exercise), sleep stages, body metrics (weight, body fat), and Apple Watch workouts to power its smart meal timing and adaptive calorie features. It writes nutrition logs, water, and completed workouts back to Health. Your health data is never sent to Troblr's servers.
Tap the + button on the Recipe List screen and choose Import from URL. Paste the recipe URL and Troblr extracts the ingredients and steps automatically, then calculates nutrition in one tap.
An account is required to save and sync your recipes, meal plans, and workouts. You can sign in with Google or continue with Apple.
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from our servers.
