How We Use Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase, protected by Firestore security rules that ensure only you can access your own data. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Apple Sign In

If you sign in with Apple, we receive only the information Apple shares (typically an anonymised email address). We do not receive your Apple ID password.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from Profile → Settings → Delete Account within the app.

Children's Privacy

Troblr is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
